"Lovely apartment with a view out over promenade des Anglais and the sea. Very well equipped and we loved sitting on the balcony for breakfast. Convenient for trams and buses into Nice and to the airport"

"We had a excellent breakfasts in one of the local boulongerie/ patisseries located near the back entrance to the flat. We also enjoyed seaside walks and on other days using the tram system to access the delights of Nice city centre and the old town."

"Everything! Balcony views to die for, close to amenities and comfortable beds. Tram stops and great beach restaurants, just a stones row away."

"Location, sea view, apartment decor, proximity to the beach, proximity to services, personnel. The apartment is located directly on the promenade d'anglais, with a beautiful view of the sea. The beach is within walking distance and services such as supermarkets, bars and restaurants are just a few minutes walk away. For those who like nightlife, there are 2 beach clubs with very nice music and good cocktails and tapas and a beautiful sea view within walking distance, but far enough away to sleep well :-). The apartment is very nice, comfortable and furnished in French style. The center of Nice is about 2 km away, about a 35-minute walk, but it is a very pleasant walk along the promenade d'anglais. For those who do not like walking there is a bus stop and a metro stop 200 meters from the apartment. Our welcome agent was very kind and provided us with all the information about the apartment and also many useful tips about sightseeing and recommended restaurants in Nice."

"Seafront apartment, well equipped with washing machine, dishwasher , comfortable beds, convenient to Fabron tram stop, little supermarket and bakery....Great support from the Sunlight team Anthony and Christine"

"So, there is a king bedroom and a double bedroom. The double bed ,is very comfortable but a rise and fall bed that's very height to climb on (not suitable for young kids) and noisy, any movement or getting up during the night involves the downstairs neighbour banging on the wall..😧, very stressful 😣 Problems with water outage but apparently out of the agent's control,dealt with as best as possible."

"we were greeted by Anthony on arrival with messages confirming he was there on our landing in the airport. The welcome and even advice on where to eat that was suitable for young children and things to do with the kids were all spot on. The space in the apartment was great, it was not sparse like some holiday lets but felt more like a home from home. We have a young family so were still home early in the evening so enjoyed Netflix and there were even games and books for the family which was a nice touch. The view from the balcony was breath taking all we could see from the couch was sea and sky. We were within 20 mins walk on the prom to the old town, but lots of places to eat and drink on the way. The apt is right next to the tram stop for the Lenval hospital and this was so handy and cheap to use. A great stay and would highly recommend."

"The 2nd bedroom had a bed that could be moved up and down - this was not an issue. It was just very high. We had planned that our 2 kids would share the double, however for a 4 year old that moves about in bed, it was too high to safely let him sleep in it. There was a futon that we used instead so not really an issue at all. They were both delighted with the result. The main bed for us was very soft - I get this is personal preference."

"Super lokalizacja. Piękny widok z tarasu.Łatwosc przemieszczania się do centrum tramwajem lub autobusem. Agent który nas powitał,był bardzo miły służył pomocą. Serdecznie go pozdrawiam."

"Zbyt słabo wyposażona kuchnia. Mało talerzy,kubków itd. Zmywarkę trzeba załączać po każdym posiłku,ponieważ brak naczyń. Brak ścierki przy umywalce i zlewozmywaku,żeby utrzymać czystość. Kanapa w salonie i poduszki wymagają odświeżenia. Meble na tarasie i poduszki do wymiany. Wyciek wody z klimatyzacji w salonie. Taras nie do końca czysty. Mam nadzieję,że właściciel uzupełni braki,bo miejsce jest godne polecenia."
